Osukuru sub county is in south of Tororo county. The sub county is bordered with Tororo Municipality in the North, Rubongi Sub County in the west, Kwapa Sub County in the North East, Mella Sub County in the East and Iyolwa Sub County in the South West. The Sub - County is also bordered with the Republic of Kenya in the south East. In the South it bordered with Busia District. The sub county headquarter is located in the south of Tororo town, 5kms on Tororo - Busia Road.
The sub county comprises of four (4) parishes and fifty nine (59) villages.
Kayoro Parish:

It has sixteen (16) villages.
