FANRPAN Food Agriculture and Natural Resources Policy Analysis Network. Policy dialogue 4-7 September 2007.
At the recent policy dialogue held in Lusaka with a gathering of delegates from government agencies, farmers organisations, research institutes and senior politicians from the SADC region, the importance of capacity building and the role of universities was emphasised along with the role of advocacy to implement effective policies.
