The SEMCA site has papers on existing initiatives on transformation at African universities in a section on Good Practices and Case Studies. The SEMCA site also has papers giving a historical perspective, reviews of existing relevant networks, excerpts from the African Association of Universities declarations and most importantly it is building up resources, papers and assistance to universities in transforming their research, teaching and graduates to be effective and relevant to both isolated rural communities and the globalised economy.
