Guidelines for Experiential Learning Central University of Technology, Free State, South Africa

The objective of training during experiential training is to grant the student the opportunity to evaluate the principles and models contained in the study field of Agricultural Management, by the integrated application and evaluation of the farming unit. During this process, the student is also brought into contact with people who have several years of experience, mainly so that he can establish his own value system.
Outcomes: The student must obtain the skills necessary to farm efficiently on his/her own.
The objective of this manual is, firstly, to inform the stuŽdent of the projects that must be completed and, secondly, to provide the student with all the relevant information regarding the administration of the projects. It is thirdly an indication of the progress of the student while it also provide the farmers with guidelines regarding his rights and responsibilities. It is absolutely essential that the stuŽdent should study this manual thoroughly. Specific outcomes will be mentioned with each project.
