Our communities
The emphasis of the UNDP Capacity 2015-Africa strategy is on localising the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) at the community level. At the core of the strategy is the need to support communities so that they can maximize their economic potential, and have access to improved services. In order to achieve this there is need, among other things, to promote ownership of and participation in the development processes.
